This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between MIND RELIEF 365 Ltd (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual, entity, or organization (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) accessing or using our services (collectively, the “Services”) through our website, mindrelief365.com (the “Website”).

1. Services Provided
MindRelief365.com offers online Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) and iCST-based conversational therapy sessions. Our services aim to combat memory decline by improving cognitive health and emotional well-being for individuals across all stages of dementia, including those with advanced conditions. We also support caregivers, providing them with opportunities for respite during therapy sessions, which we believe is vital for their health and well-being. Additionally, we offer training for caregivers who wish to learn how to administer CST effectively.
Our services are designed to be inclusive, extending beyond dementia to address a wide range of individual needs. We specialize in accommodating individuals who are blind or partially sighted, ensuring that our services are accessible and supportive for all clients.
In addition to dementia, we assist individuals with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease (which can lead to Lewy body dementia), stroke survivors, and those experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Research indicates that loneliness is a significant risk factor for developing dementia, and we are committed to ensuring that no one is left behind. Our goal is to create an environment where all individuals receive the compassionate care and support they need.
All services can be easily accessed through our website, where clients can find information, schedule appointments, and participate in therapy sessions online. The website is designed for user-friendly navigation, ensuring that clients can locate specific services and access additional resources related to cognitive health and dementia care.
